PURPOSE: Provided is a toilet seat mounted with a anion generator, to remove offensive smell as much as possible, and to sterilize bacteria existing in the toilet, so that the smell and the bacteria are not spread in the restroom. CONSTITUTION: The toilet seat mounted with a anion generator is hinged on the main body(15) of the toilet. The anion generator includes a case, a anion generating unit installed at one side of the case, a high voltage generating unit for applying a high voltage to the anion generating unit, and a fixing unit for fixing the case to the toilet seat(10). Also, the case includes many air inlets(21a) and air outlets(21b). The anion generating unit includes a negative electrode plate(22a) and a ground(22b) spaced apart from the negative electrode plate(22a) by a designated distance.
