PURPOSE: A headphone having an automatic winding device is provided to prevent cable tangle by forming a predetermined region in the inside of the headphone to wind the cable. CONSTITUTION: A headphone having an automatic winding device includes a coil spring, a plurality of ratchet wheels, a spinning wheel, and a button. The coil spring(6) and the ratchet wheels(7,9) are installed in the inside of the headphone. The spinning wheel is connected to the ratchet wheels. The length of a cable is controlled by rotating the spinning wheel. The cable is automatically wound by the elastic force of a coil spring when the button(2) is pushed by a user.
