PURPOSE: Provided is a cap of a container for a real time mixing of different matters in which when a cap member is up or down around a spout portion of a container body, a valve cock being connected with the cap member is opened or closed. CONSTITUTION: The cap of a container for a real time mixing of different matters comprises an additive cap member(100F) formed to contain an additive, a hole(H) formed to be penetrated on one side of the upper part of the additive cap member and to be screw-connected with a spout portion of a container body(13) in a circumscribed state, an explosive film(32) attached to prevent an additive outlet end(52) being extendedly formed to the middle lower side of the additive cap member(100F), a valve cock provided to open or close the hole(H), a projection(10) formed to be projected on the upper end of one side of the spout part of the container body(13) so that the valve cock is pushed to open, and conical valve type explosion unit formed in the structure that a liquid penetrates and fixedly connected with the inside of the spout part of the container body(13) to perforate and explode the explosive film(32) when the additive cap member(100F) is descended.
