PURPOSE: A fuse puller having a function of a disconnection test is provided to test disconnecting states of a relay coil and a filament as well as disconnecting states of a fuse and a relay separated from a fuse box. CONSTITUTION: A fuse puller having a function of a disconnection test includes a puller unit having a handle and a projection. A plurality of measurement terminals(130) are formed at a lower end of the puller unit. An electricity storage unit and a light emitting device are installed in the inside of the handle of the puller unit. A light emitting device radiates the light when the current is applied to the measurement terminals of the puller unit. The electricity storage unit is formed with a capacitor(220).
