PURPOSE: An apparatus for processing a noise of a master antenna TV, and a master antenna TV system using the same are provided to realize an interactive Internet service at low cost by appropriately processing a noise of an upstream band flowed into a master antenna TV from premises. CONSTITUTION: A noise processor(215) is arranged between a head end(216) and a master antenna TV(217) to process a noise of an upstream band flowed into the head end(216) from the master antenna TV(217). Another noise processor(219) is arranged between the master antenna TV(217) and a premise terminal(223) to process a noise of an upstream band flowed into the master antenna TV(217) from the premise terminal(223). The master antenna TV(217) includes a downstream path module constructing a downstream path of a predetermined low frequency band between the premise terminal(223) and the master antenna TV(217), an upstream path module constructing an upstream path of a predetermined low frequency band between the premise terminal(223) and the master antenna TV(217), and an oscillating module providing the first and second local oscillation frequencies to the upstream path module.
