<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front structure of an electric vehicle for installing a front cover by improving an external appearance quality without deteriorating steering performance of an occupant. SOLUTION: A front wheel directing mechanism part 62 connects a tie rod connecting plate 82 fixed to a lower end part of a steering shaft 60 and a front wheel bracket 76b for rotatably and laterally rockably journalling front wheels 10 and 10 by a tie rod 80, and rocks the front wheel bracket 76b via the tie rod 80 when the tie rod connecting plate 82 rocks by rotation of the steering shaft 60. Thus, the left and right front wheels 10 and 10 can be steered laterally or forward according to the rotational direction, that is, the steering direction of a steering wheel 16 so that this electric vehicle can be turned in the desired direction of the occupant.</p> |
