SOLUTION: A center 1 distributes contents through a communication network 3 to spread base points 5 according to a schedule, and receives contents reception notification and progress information from the respective base points 5, and receives and collects products, and collates the respective processing including the reception of the contents reception notification and progress information and the collection of the products from the respective base points with the schedule, and records and notifies the abnormality of the respective processing against the schedule at the respective base points based on the collated results.</p> |
