<p>PURPOSE: To enable smooth operation by allowing a passenger to pass through a gate when points are left on a storage medium even if the points on the storage medium are less than the stored use points of facilities. CONSTITUTION: A main control part 4 waits for a user who bears a card to pass through a communication means 3 and an antenna 2, and the control part 4 judges whether or not the points left on the card are less than the use points required for gate passage that are stored in a RAM 10. When the points on the card are less than the use points, namely, when the rest points are equal or deficient and there is no remaining points, the user is not disallowed to pass. When the remaining points on the card are more than the points required for the gate passage, the use points are subtracted from the remaining points and the resulting points are written on the card, and a driving motor 5 is turned on and the passage of the user is confirmed.</p> |
