摘要 PURPOSE: An automatic meandering adjusting device of a conveyor belt is provided to prevent damage of the belt and trouble of the equipment from eccentric load of transferred articles by automatically adjusting meandering of the belt contacting to the rear part of the belt and returning the conveyor belt. CONSTITUTION: An automatic meandering adjusting device of a conveyor belt(100) is composed of a main frame(36) placed over the rear part of the conveyor belt; a support bar having a couple of legs(31) protruded from the main frame and a sheave(34) formed in the center; brackets(12,14) protruded upward from the ends of the legs and combined with the conveyor belt line fixing structure; a couple of driving shafts(16) vertically inserted to the conveyor belt through holes of the brackets; a couple of vertical rolls(24) combined with the ends of the driving shafts to guide the conveyor belt; a couple of driving frames(50) longitudinally moved and installed inside the main frame; a roll pivotally combined with the driving frames and contacted to the rear part of the conveyor belt; and a couple of wires(W1,W2) connected to the outer ends of the driving shafts through the sheave of the support bar from the upper ends of the driving frames.
