PURPOSE: A digital camera rotating device of a dual folder-type mobile communication terminal is provided to install a rotative device for rotating a digital camera disposed to rotate in a central portion of a hinge device, and to multiple-operate the rotative device, thereby preventing a camera lens from being dirtied. CONSTITUTION: A shaft seal(131) pierces through the first side hinge arm(101) and the first center hinge arm(111) from a central portion of a digital camera(130). A round-shaped regulator valve(140) is located on an outer side of the first side hinge arm(101), and in which a central portion thereof is coupled with a protruded end of the shaft seal(131) by a small-sized bolt(160). One side of a ring-shaped pressure plate(150) is contacted with the round-shaped regulator valve(140) when the shaft seal(131) is inserted into the first side hinge arm(101) and the first center hinge arm(111). An elastic member(170) is located between the pressure plate(150) and the digital camera(130), and supplies an elastic force to the pressure plate(150). A regulator valve rotation controller controls a correct rotation of the plate(140).
