METHOD FOR PROCESSING SUBSCRIBER IN LINE LOCK OUT STATE

PURPOSE: A method for processing a subscriber in line lock out state is provided to enable a receiving subscriber to receive a received signal sound when an originating subscriber attempts calling the receiving subscriber who is in line lock out state, and to enable the originating subscriber to receive a received sound, thereby making a normal call by recovering the receiving subscriber to a normal subscriber. CONSTITUTION: If an originating subscriber transmits a reception occupy request(S201), the first subscriber controller requests number translation of the first number translation portion(S202). If a howling tone is delivered to inform a receiving subscriber of a line lock out state(S203), the second subscriber controller terminates a set howling tone timer and stops a howling tone(S211) and requests a CODEC to be connected with the second subscriber interface(S212). The second subscriber interface informs the first subscriber controller of reception occupation. The first subscriber controller informs the second subscriber controller of a switch connection(S213). The second subscriber controller connects a tone to deliver a ring-back tone to the originating subscriber(S214).
