ORGANIC ELECTRO-LUMINESCENT DEVICE AND FABRICATING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An organic electro-luminescent device and a fabricating method thereof are provided to simplify a fabrication process and reduce a fabricating cost by using a charging method to form an organic electro-luminescent layer, a cathode, and an anode. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(104) having a stripe pattern is formed on an upper surface of a transparent substrate(102). An optical conductive layer(106) including optical conductive materials is formed on an upper surface of the first electrode. An insulating layer(108) is formed on a predetermined region of the optical conductive layer. An organic electro-luminescent layer(110) is formed between the insulating layers in order to radiate the light by using an external voltage. A second electrode(112) is formed on an upper surface of the organic electro-luminescent layer.
