PURPOSE: A pressure fixing typed terminal assembly of battery in vehicle is provided to completely prevent risk of fire or loose contact which can be caused when using a screw in a terminal assembly for fixing, while being easily detached or fastened by using a leverage effect. CONSTITUTION: The terminal assembly for an automobile battery comprises: an inner terminal case(20) which closely wraps around a positive terminal(b) of the battery(B); an outer terminal case(10) which wraps around the inner terminal case and has one extended end to which a cable(C) is connected; a fixing member for fixing the inner and the outer terminal case together; and a fixing lever(50) which distributes forces loaded from one side to the other side which contacts with the lower part of the inner terminal case, having a hinge coupling part to which the outer terminal case is coupled as a center, thereby closely fixing the inner terminal case to the positive terminal.
