PURPOSE: An apparatus for embodying an Internet web browser using a video phone is provided to expand a service providing range of the web browser by receiving an Internet web browser service using the video phone without using a dedicated terminal. CONSTITUTION: A private network matching unit(203) has a private network communication software(204), and processes matching with a private network. An Internet matching unit(201) has a TCP/IP(Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol)(202) to receive an Internet and web browser service using a video phone, and processes matching with the Internet. A web gateway server(205) processes transmission and reception between the private network matching unit(203) and the Internet matching unit(201), and manages clients.
