PURPOSE: A device for a WRR(Weighted Round-Robin) cell scheduling of an ATM is provided to enable a WRR scheduler to support various weights, and to realize simple hardware, thereby using a little space of a memory. CONSTITUTION: VC(Virtual Connection) queues(151,152) temporarily store plural VC cells having natural numbers(N) as weights. A scheduling weight queue(130) consists of many scheduling weighted queues(130_0-130_n) having weights of a power of '2' to service the VC queues(151,152) as many as N. A scheduling weighted queue controller(140) selects a scheduling weighted queue in which the VC queues(151,152) having weights of a power of '2' are, and registers the selected scheduling weighted queue. A queue selector selects the scheduling weighted queues as many as N in order of weight.
