PURPOSE: A language study device using a cellular phone is provided to compare an inputted voice signal of a user with a prestored word of a native speaker or voice data of a sentence, and to output differences to an output unit of a cellular phone, thereby improving a language ability of the user. CONSTITUTION: A keypad(10) consists of plural numbers and functional keys, generates key data, and transmits the key data to a controller(20). The controller(20) overall controls operations of a cellular phone. A memory(50) stores an algorithm for the cellular phone operations, telephone numbers, and text messages. A display(40) displays an information signal generated while operating the cellular phone. A wireless frequency transmitter/receiver(30) transmits/receives a voice signal or a text message. A language study module(60) is used for language studying of a user. The language study module(60) analyzes a frequency of the user's voice signal, extracts musical ranges to separate the musical ranges, and stores voice data of a native speaker.
