PURPOSE: A heat-resistant solenoid device is provided to radiate rapidly the internal heat to the outside and lengthen a lifetime of the solenoid device by performing a vacuum varnish process for coils of a coil bobbin. CONSTITUTION: A heat-resistant solenoid device includes a coil bobbin, a core, a housing, a cover plate, and a plunger. The coil bobbin(12) includes coils to form the magnetic field by the external current. The coils are wound around the coil bobbin. The core(14) is inserted into a center of the coil bobbin. The coil bobbin is located at the inside of the housing(30). The housing has an open top part. A plunger insertion hole is formed at a center part of the cover plate(40). The cover plate is coupled to a top side of the housing. The plunger(20) is inserted into the center of the coil bobbin. The plunger is moved by the magnetic field. The gap between the coils of the coil bobbin is filled by varnish solution.
