PURPOSE:To arrange in distributed state to operate independently respectively and to simplify a sign tower construction work by providing a data holding means, reading out the pattern data and on/off controlling a switching element according to the data. CONSTITUTION:The data read out from the data holding means 33 holding the pattern data are polarization-inverted by an inverter 35 to be latched in a latch circuit 36, and a triac 22 is controlled by the output of the latch circuit 36. That is, the device is constituted so that the output side of the latch circuit 36 is connected to the output side of a constant voltage circuit 29 through a light emitting element 37, and the phototriac 22 is turned on by the emission of the light emitting element 37. Further, the light emitting element 37 and the phototriac 22 constitute a photocoupler. Thus, according to the content of the pattern data held to the data holding means 33, the phototriac 22 is on/off controlled, and a discharge tube 14 is flashing on/off controlled accordingly. |
