PURPOSE: A traffic signboard is provided to solve view vague by forming emission hole and evaporating the condensed water or the flog thereby preventing the accident of the driver. CONSTITUTION: A traffic signboard includes a column(20), a supporting rod(13), a pump(23), a heater(22), a horse(26), a guide plate(19). The pump(23) for supplying an air and the heater(22) is connected through the hose(26). A plurality of emission holes(14) is formed at the surface(12) by a predetermined distance. And, the supporting member(16) and the guide plate(19) are fixed to the peripheral area of the emission holes(14) by a predetermined interval.
