TIRE VULCANIZED BLADDER TO PREVENT INTERNAL EXFOLIATION

PURPOSE: A tire vulcanized bladder is provided to prevent a layer exfoliation inside a bladder rubber by minimizing the infiltration of nitrogen and oxygen molecules. CONSTITUTION: A surface reforming layer is formed in an inner surface of a vulcanized bladder. The surface reforming layer is processed by a plasma, a corona or an electric beam. The vulcanized bladder is suited to a vulcanizing process using nitrogen gas as a pressure source. Thereby, a layer exfoliation inside a bladder rubber is prevented by minimizing the infiltration of the nitrogen gas and oxygen molecules. Therefore, the life of the vulcanized bladder is extended.
