摘要 The invention refers to a process for obtaining alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages. The process, according to the invention, includes the administration into the beverage, after its physical and chemical stabilization, of the hydroalcoholic spirulina extract in a dose of 0,0025...0,0150 g/L of dry substance and the subsequent microbiological stabilization of the finished product.
