The drainage unit for a pneumatic wine press is composed of a long profiled element (1) with several distributed perforations (2). The element extends along the internal wall (3) of the wine press tank and forms with it by contact at the two longitudinal lateral edges a drainage channel (4). The profiled element is fixed to the wall at one of the lateral edges (5) by means of a pivoting connection (6) held in the pivoted position and is provided with locking means (7,7') ensuring removable locking of the element in a position where its two lateral edges rest against the internal wall to form the drainage channel. An Independent claim is included for a wine press with a drainage unit. |
