The device is a frame constituting a wire (2) that is coiled to form a spring (3). A glass (1) is notched to jam itself between the two adjoining springs and plated on a straight part of the frame situated between the springs. The glasses are lightly notched from each side to leave passage to the wire of the frame. The wire is formed by torsion to obtain the form of the maintenance springs of the glasses.
