<p>The frame (1) is for accommodation of cover plates to form preferably a rectangular casing for an air-conditioning apparatus and has corner parts (6), which each have three profile extensions (5) to which the side edges of the frame formed as profile strips (4) are fixed. The fixture of each profile strip to the corresponding profile extension of a corner part is achieved by means fo at least one clamping arrangement (7) causing a plastic deformation. The at least one clamping arrangement encompasses the outer walls (10) of the profile strip and the outer walls (8) of the profile extension.</p> |
