Tricyclic compounds having spiro union having FXa inhibitory activity

Aromatic compounds having cyclic amino which are represented by general formula (I) or salts thereof are disclosed, wherein the variables shown in formula (I) are as defined in the specification. These compounds are useful as drugs, in particular, activated blood coagulation factor X inhibitors, exert a potent anticoagulation effect and can be orally administered. A pharmacophore derived from the above compounds is useful in molecular designing Fxa inhibitors.
