Pureed vegetables are mixed with vegetable pieces which have been crushed and deep-frozen. Fillers, flavors and flavor-enhancers are mixed in. The product is molded at a given temperature. It is then given a coating and fried. Finally, the product is deep-frozen. The resulting product can be re-heated, following which it has a crusty casing and a soft center.
