The winder has a rectangular plastic tray with receiving areas (81, 82) at each of its ends and a longitudinal rib (7) on its median part. The receiving areas carry a set of brooches (12, 12) on each side of the tray to receive and maintain a fish hook and a loop of a series of leader. The longitudinal rib is in a form of flipper to serve as a grasping unit of the tray.
