Theorthopedic assembly includes a cervico-diaphyseric plate (1) designed to be fixed on the cortex of the femur, and at least a cervico-diaphyseric pin designed to be engaged in the medulla canal of the femur. The plate and pin present arrangements for mounting, in an oriented manner, a screw or a cephalic arm adapted to be fixed at the level of the head of the femur, with the plate and pin functioning to reduce a fracture. The top of the plate also includes a hole (1e) for engaging an additional screw to prevent rotation of the neck of the femur.
