PURPOSE: A method for measuring a specific coupling reaction and a reagent kit and an apparatus for measuring a specific coupling reaction used in the same are provided to measure a plurality of measurement materials in a single reaction vessel. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for measuring a specific coupling reaction includes a cell(102) and a light source(101) for radiating light towards the cell(102). A light detector(104) is provided to detect a diffused light or a transmitted light from a reaction system. A removing device(108) removes magnetic particles from the cell(102) by using magnetic force if the magnetic particles are contained in the cell(102). The light source(101) is disposed in such a manner that light emits towards the cell(102). The removing device(108) includes a permanent magnet(105), a cover(106) for protecting the permanent magnet(105), and an arm(107) on which the permanent magnet(105) and the cover(106) are mounted.
