PURPOSE: A display device including an optical element having an optical material layer, a fabricating method thereof, and an apparatus for fabricating a display device are provided to form rapidly the optical material layer by printing droplet of optical material containing liquid on a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A display device includes a substrate(12), a first electrode, a second electrode, and an optical material layer. The first and the second electrodes are formed on the substrate. The optical material layer is formed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The optical material layer is formed by bringing a droplet of an optical material containing liquid(60r). The optical material containing liquid is printed on a surface of the substrate.
