PURPOSE: A process for manufacturing improved sheet and/or double waterproof sheet for joint is provided to get advantages such as convenience of joint working, reduction of working processes and excellent formability and stability. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises steps of forming a sheet(10) having a waterproof film(14) through rolling process by applying molten solution of asphalt on a reinforcing material; attaching base side material(16) to one side of the above formed sheet excepting joint adhesion part; and joining a releasing paper(18) to the joint adhesion part with a constant width left on the other side of the formed sheet after the attachment of the base side material.
