The structure has a canvas (11) sloping from an exterior towards center of the structure. The slope of the canvas directs runoff water towards a gutter (6) fixed at a support post (3,5). The pole is hollow and terminates the evacuation of rain water to a bottom level of stabilization of the structure. The canvas maintains a series of stems (7,9) articulated by a hinge to allow partial closure of the structure.
