摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device which reduces fixed pattern noise intrinsic to the solid-state imaging device and the shape of which does not apply a load to a correction system at the poststage. SOLUTION: In the solid-state imaging device, caption number 201 is a chip of the solid-state imaging device, 202 is the effective pixel area in which pixels are two-dimensionally arranged, 203 is ineffective pixel area in which the pixels are two-dimensionally arranged, 204 is a pad for providing SVDD power supply voltage from the outside, 205 is an SVDD power source of the solid-state imaging device, 206 is wiring from 205 to the pad 204 and 207 is guidance wiring of the SVDD from the pad 204 to a center point A1 of the effective pixel area. The center point A1 of the pixel area is a point at which the power supply voltage SVDD is guided from the pad 204 by the guidance wiring 207 and the SVDD is branched from SVDD terminals by every pixel. Impedances to the SVDD power supply voltage 205 viewed from each pixel are distributed so as to have a gradient in the concentric shape from the center of the effective pixel area.
