摘要 PURPOSE: A gantry robot carrier is provided to improve the durability, to increase the carrying speed and to reduce noise. CONSTITUTION: A square frame(51) has a certain length. A cylindrical guide shaft(53) is formed in both ends of the frame lengthwise. A shaft fixing channel(55) fixes the guide shaft by forming in both sides of the frame corresponding to the outer circumference of the guide shaft. A rack(57) is fixed in the frame. A rotational bearing(63) is rolled through the guide shaft. A driving pinion(69) is geared with the rack. A driving motor drives the driving pinion. A hollow shaft(64) integrating with a nut(64') is eccentrically inserted in the center of the rotational bearing. Thereby, the carrying defect is prevented and the noise is reduced.
