PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detergent composition for a washing machine tub which will safely peel and decompose filmy dirt comprising molds, microbes, detergents, etc. and sticking on the back side of the washing machine tub, and prevent the reattachment of the remaining dirt to clothing during washing by completely draining the peeled dirt with water, and a method of washing using the same. SOLUTION: This detergent composition for a washing machine tub contains 5-40mass% hydrogen peroxysulfate (A), 3-40mass% surfactant (B), and 3-30mass% silicate (C). COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
