PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily mounting/demounting method by which water holding power can be secured at the time of water filling and which can be simply assembled and disassembled, and to provide a simplified assembling water tank having small number of component parts. SOLUTION: Central section-openable coronal holders 9, 10 are disposed on each side of an upper frame 3A in a square external frame 3, the body of a waterproof sheet-made water tank bag 2 is extended to provide a fin section 4 on each side, an engagement frame 7 which contains a flexible core material 6 inside an end is folded and bonded to the external section of the upper frame 3A, the upper surface and the sides are overlapped by turning the holders of each side by half to complete its mounting, and the water tank bag 2 is retained by the external frame 3.
