<p>The invention relates to a composite support prosthesis (17) for a tissular structure, comprising a porous textile support (1), with an arrangement of threads each having at least one strand of a non-absorbent polymeric material, said textile support providing a microporous texture, comprising the interstices between at least two threads at the point of contact of one thread with at least one other, characterised in that, in at least one protected zone (18) in the textile support, an absorbent hydrophilic material coats the textile support, to form an enveloping film penetrating within the arrangement of threads, filling at least the microporous texture, but without forming a planar layer covering at least one side of the textile support. The invention further relates to a method for production of such a composite support prosthesis.</p> |
