PURPOSE: An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to reduce an excessive power consumption when inputting data to a data line by sequentially controlling data outputs of a small number of drive ICs by delaying a load signal. CONSTITUTION: The LCD comprises a TFT(Thin Film Transistor) array member(100), a delay member(200) and plural source drive ICs(SD1-SDn). The TFT array member(100) includes plural data lines(102) for applying data signals and plural gate lines(104) for applying drive signals. TFTs are formed at the crossing regions between the data lines(102) and the gate lines(104) and transmit data signals to the liquid crystal capacitors through the drive signals. The delay member(200) comprises a plurality of D type flip-flops(D_FF1-D_FFn-1) which synchronize to a horizontal clock signal(CPH), shift a first load signal(LD) at one direction and output second load signals(LDo-LDn-1).
