FIELD: oil producing industry. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to control oil producing from low-production wells. Proposed drive contains induction motor with control device made in form of unit of birotatory motors with common stator housing accommodating two stator windings and two rotors. Shaft of one of rotors is connected by clutch with induction motor, and shaft of pother rotor, with load. Clutch is provided with friction brake set into action by electromagnetic.
