SUBSTANCE: vodka "GIREY LUKS" comprises the following components, l per 1000 dal of ready product: wheat grains an aqueous-alcoholic infusion as filtrate obtained from germinated for 2-3 days grains and infused for 3 days with an aqueous-alcoholic liquid with the strength value 70% in the ratio = (1:5), 1.0-1.5 l; barley grains an aqueous-alcoholic infusion as filtrate obtained from germinated for 2-3 days grains and infused for 3 days with an aqueous-alcoholic liquid with the strength value 70% in the ratio = (1:10), 0.1-0.7 l; 65.8% sugar syrup 7.5-8.5 l; rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide the strength value 40%. The proposed invention provides preparing vodka with high biological active properties due to using germinated grains, to expand assortment of vodka conferring to vodka barely detecting peanut tint in aroma and after tasting.
