FIELD: medicine medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing metal wire conductor into blood vessel cavity. Two electrodes of unlike polarity are applied to skin surface near end portions of the conductor. The electrodes are connected to DC power supply source. Electric current of 1 mcA-10 mA intensity is applied. The device has electrodes connected to DC power supply source. The device has metal conductor for introducing it into blood vessel cavity along its axis. The electrodes are set in the vicinity of the conductor end portions.
