PURPOSE: Provided is a mattress using a latex and air tubes, which shows excellent flexibility combined with elasticity, is manufactured at a low cost by using a decreased amount of latex, and is easily handled and transported. CONSTITUTION: The mattress comprises: an outer material(100) formed of a latex; and air tubes(200,300) incorporated into the outer material(100) by injecting air to the tubes. The mattress optionally further comprises a bio-ceramic layer on the outer material(100). The mattress is manufactured by the method comprising the steps of: injecting air into the air tubes(200,300); molding a latex around the air tubes(200,300); curing the molded outer material(100); washing the cured outer material(100); removing water left on the outer material(100); drying the outer material(100); and checking the elasticity/density of the outer material(100).
