<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in the conventional Internet or the like that information closely fitted to an area cannot be provided. <P>SOLUTION: An access area is automatically determined or estimated based on the area information inputted by a user and an IP address or through-server to form area information, and an advertisement-based service by areas is provided based on the area information.
