<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily prove that a dropout of a certificate number presented to an insurance company is due to a printing defect when a compulsory automobile liability insurance certificate is outputted again because of the printing defect caused in a certificate output device printing the compulsory automobile liability insurance certificate on a blank form for issuing it. <P>SOLUTION: This certificate output device is provided with a number applying part applying a certificate number according to a predetermined issue order, a printing part printing the certificate including the certificate number, a failure recording part recording a fact showing that the printing part fails in printing of the certificate in association with the certificate number failed in printing, a number detecting part detecting application of different certificate numbers to the same registration number or a vehicle body number, and a reporting part outputting a report representing that printing of the compulsory automobile liability insurance certificate, to which a certificate number of prior print order is given, fails when the compulsory automobile liability insurance certificate of the prior certificate number among the different certificate numbers fails in printing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
