PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed antenna which secures a sufficient gain, is miniaturized and eliminates the need for mounting an antenna element on a printed wiring board. SOLUTION: A via hole is formed in a resin substrate on which an antenna conductor is formed, and a high dielectric resin is embedded in the via hole for formation. Otherwise, a high dielectric resin layer is formed covering at least a portion of the antenna conductor. Furthermore, a partial area of the printed circuit board may be made to be at a high dielectric constant by these methods to form an antenna element integrally with the partial area.
