<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive transfer material having small developing load and forming a color filter of excellent quality. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive transfer material comprises a thermoplastic resin layer, an alkali-soluble intermediate layer and an alkali-soluble photosensitive resin layer containing a pigment on a temporary supporter in this order. The difference Δ<SB>γ</SB>between a dispersion component γ<SB>m</SB>of surface energy of the intermediate layer and a dispersion component γ<SB>p</SB>of surface energy of the thermoplastic resin layer is 10 erg/cm<SP>2</SP>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
