SOLID-STATE ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a wind-type and large-capacity solid-state electrolytic capacitor which is excellent in an ESR characteristic and a leak current in a high frequency region. SOLUTION: In this arrangement, a capacitor element 10 and a solid-state electrolyte 4 are formed. The capacitor element 10 is obtained by winding an anode foil 1 forming a dielectric oxide film and a cathode foil 2 through a nonwoven fabric separator 3 including at least one kind of an aromatic polyamide resin, a polyimide resin and a polyamideimide resin, and the solid-state electrolyte 4 is formed between the anode foil 1 and the cathode foil 2 of the capacitor element 10. Thus, it is possible to obtain the solid-state electrolytic capacitor which is excellent in the ESR characteristic and the leak current. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
