摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic latent image developing magnetic toner excellent in low temperature fixability and anti-offset properties, containing a magnetic powder well-dispersed in a binder resin, and capable of giving good image quality. SOLUTION: In the electrostatic latent image developing magnetic toner obtained by a pulverizing method and comprising a binder resin and a magnetic powder dispersed in the binder resin, the binder resin contains≤10 wt.% of a tetrahydrofuran-insoluble component, the molecular weight distribution of a tetrahydrofuran-soluble component of the toner has the highest peak and at least one small peak present in a higher molecular weight region than a region where the highest peak is present, the weight average molecular weight of the highest peak is in a range of 3,000-15,000, the area ratio of the highest peak to all peaks is≥95%, and the weight average molecular weight of the small peak is in a range of 50,000-800,000.
