<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems wherein: a sizing method of a sintered component is suitable for surface finishing of a hole or outer shape in an operating direction of a sizing press, while it cannot finish off an upper surface and a bottom surface of the component; and grinding and wrapping have inefficiency in work and require an expensive finishing cost because of taking much time for finishing work. <P>SOLUTION: A machining component 4 is placed on a tool 5 subjected to super finishing, and the tool is reciprocated while holding and pressuring the component 4 on the tool 5, thereby finishing a surface of the component. A device wherein a holding mechanism 3 holding the machined component, a pressuring mechanism 1 pressurizing the machined component, and a reciprocating mechanism 2 reciprocating the tool are combined. The surface of the sintered component is accurately finished in a short period of time that is one stroke of the tool. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
