<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner suppressing deterioration in air blowing characteristics and sound characteristics relative to an increase in the ventilation resistance of a suction grill, preventing backflow from a blowoff port of the air in a room to a crossflow fan and dispersion of dew condensation water due to dew condensation in cooling and improving audibility by suppressing a rotary sound. <P>SOLUTION: In this air conditioner, a tongue portion of a stabilizer is so formed that a clearance formed toward a crossflow fan outer circumferential circle is gradually reduced toward the rotation direction of the crossflow fan. A projection part is so formed that the projection height Hs of the tongue portion of the projection part from the opposite surface of the crossflow fan is set to 25-35% relative to the minimum clearance dimension G1 between the crossflow fan outer circumferential circle and the crossflow fan opposite surface of the tongue portion and the vertical angle of the projection part becomes 50°-75°. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
